Alex Sauter is a Partner of Carve Capital Partners. Prior Carve, Alex was a Director at TD Securities and Cowen & Company. Prior to that he was a Principal with MHT Partners where he co-led healthcare services advisory and founded the first middle-market M&A practice focused on social impact advisory. He also has experience with United Technologies Corporation (now RTX Corporation) and World Kinect Corporation. Alex earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA in Economics and Political Science.

Alex is an avid trail and mountain runner, cyclist, skier, and yogi. He also enjoys kayaking, golf, backpacking, and all things outdoors.
